I’m positive that becoming plant-based (vegan) 11 years ago has changed my life for the better. I watched my total cholesterol drop from 280 to 147 (147 is lower than ldl alone in 2012. My blood pressure has dropped from average 169/101 to average 132/78 and by also cutting out additives like sugar, glucose and fructose) I’ve watched my A1C drop from 6.8 to a much healther 5.4. I now have a resting heart rate of 57 (this is due to my increase in cardio exercise) and my top weight in 2012 of 254 lbs to my current weight of 192lbs. If I didn’t change my lfestyle, particularly what I aste at age 54, I’m not so sure I would’ve made to my current 65.

Vegans have a shorter life span. There are amino acids in beef that our body needs that only come from beef. Processed foods, sugar and low density carbs are the culprit for disease. The best protein comes from beef, chicken, fish. Any other protein is manufactured and not compatible with our body. My husband had a heart attack and did not have high cholesterol or high BP. Alcohol and nicotine causes heart attacks too
