  1. Shame on you two. Promoting the MYTH that ldl cholesterol will give heart disease. Humans survived for hundreds of thousands of years with cholesterol in their bloodstream. Of course you’ll keep following the statistically biased 7 country study instead of insulin sensativity.

  9. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE HIGH COLLATERAL. DON’T JUST ASSUME BY HOW MUCH THEY WEIGH. I WAS ON HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE COLLATERAL AND DIEBETES. FOR 24YRS RECENTLY GOT A NEW DOCTOR I TOLD I DIDN’T HAVE DIEBETES THAT MORNING ABOUT 5AM I HAD A GALLON OF ORANGE JUICE AND ABOUT SEVEN BANANAS I HAD A EARLY DOCTOR APP 9:40 THE REASON I ALWAYS FEELING WEAK SO DRINKING OJ. IN THE MORNING GIVES ME ENERGY. WHEN HE CHECKED MY A1C HE JUST STARE AT IT. ALSO I’M A INCECT SERVIVER SO WHEN HE CHECK MY BLOOD PRESSURE IT SLIGHTLY HIGH. I DID ASKED FOR A WOMAN I GUESS THEY FORGOT. ALSO MY HEART PERFECT. AND CONSISTENT WITH SOMEONE WHO WAS A VEGETARIAN 27YRS DON’T FORGET MY WEIGHT 379 CRAZY HUH ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. I WAS WITH A DOCTOR FOR 30YRS OF MY LIFE MY SON WAS 6MO WHEN I STARTED GOING TO HIM LONG TERRIBLE TIME IN MY LIFE THE REASON I LEFT I WAS ON A OPEORID FOR 11YRS WHEN I WAS AT WORK I SAW THAT IT WAS ADDICTIVE I WENT TO MY DOCTOR I TOLD HIM I DIDN’T WANT TO TAKE IT ANYMORE HE TOLD ME. THERE WAS NO SIDE EFFECT. I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO ME FOR 2MO I WAS SICK I BEGAN RELIVING TRAUMATIC EVENT IN MY LIFLDDLE. I COULDN’T WORK ANYMORE LOSS MY JOB. FINALLY MY SON TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL THEY TOLD ME I WAS HAVING WITHDRAWS SYMPTOMS AFTER 4MO I WAS STIL DISTRESS. I CALLED A LAWYER AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. THEY TOLD TO GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS. WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR MY RECORD’S HE SAID HE DIDN’T HAVE TO GIVE THEM TO ME HE ASKED ME IF I LOVE HIM. I SAID YES I TOLD MY LAWYER I T WAS TOO HARD FOR ME. I DIDN’T HAVE ANY SUPPORT. I JUST DECIDED I’M GOING TO REVISIT. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THERE A SHOW I SAW LAST WEEK THAT WILL EXSPOSE WHAT I WENT THROUGH. IT’S TOO LATE TO SUE BUT I CAN TELL MY STORY.๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  10. LOL you’d have to eat a significant quantity to get any worthy reduction, and at those levels you’ll get an overload in carbs, leading to insulin resistance weight gain, etc………

  11. I have "dangerously high" cholesterol even though I lost weight this year it’s higher. I eat better than most and have worked out religiously for 15 years I’m 35. I’m going to do psyllium husk every day as well as eat more of these foods. Genetic predisposition ๐Ÿ˜…

  12. Problem… the food choices we have are filled with pesticides, the fda are not monitored the food production ..just like the W H O. They are paid to look the other way.

  15. Chia seeds are pretty amazing and I don’t consider them to be too expensive. They have calcium which is great for vegans but they have an array of other nutrients.

  16. Iโ€™ve just had a cholesterol test for the first time, my results come back that itโ€™s high but with good fats so cut down on good fats? Iโ€™m vegetarian and eat all that you mention especially nuts, lentils, beans etc. I have almond milk with my breakfast. I donโ€™t over eat so what am I to do to reduce good fats and lower cholesterol?

  17. Cholesterol is a non issue…..latest research indicates Cholesterol is not the problem. As a matter of it is a necessity.
