So, I’ve been suffering with a hip injury (I’m 27 T-T) and I had been unable to do anything for quite some time, I’m here to start over because right now I’m the heaviest weight I’ve ever been and on top of that I have thyroid problems that i was diagnosed with in December 2020, so I’m going to try and do thee bikini body workouts consistently and hopefully I can finally bring myself to look at myself in the mirror and not cover up <3
